Teams Transformation
TMTT’s Team Transformation program takes a comprehensive approach to team building by conducting an interview based assessment with each individual member.
Once the assessment results are interpreted, a highly experiential series of facilitated group conversations is rolled out based on assessment outcomes and team objectives.
Rooted in TMTT’s core set of principles, practices and distinctions of generative leadership—participants learn trust building within self, team, site and beyond. A key question that we answer is how the team will foster collaboration, drive innovation, and empower each other to succeed. Treams Transformation learnings are integrated through 1:1 Executive Coaching, followed by group work.

TMTT’s Leadership Transformation is a highly experiential series of facilitated group conversations rooted in the principles, practices and distinctions of generative leadership.
With a specific focus on trust within self, team, site and beyond. Trust being the foundation of psychological safety, empowerment, innovation and collaboration—participants learn how to be an active agent in cultivating these qualities to drive results.
