For the past several months a new dimension to leadership (and life) has emerged for me. Inspired by the Chakra System*, I've been diving deep and creating a new curriculum I'm calling Leadership Intelligence. Its purpose is to build on the awareness that the most direct way to change a circumstance in life or leadership, is by starting within.
To share what I've been learning, I'm hosting a group of thoughtful professionals to explore how embracing our innate leadership intelligence—the light of who we are—allows us to create results previously unattainable.

The program is based on a poem by Jalāl ad-Dīn Muḥammad Rūmī:
“Our task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within ourselves that we've have built against it.”
The same applies in leadership. If we’re looking for our power, efficacy or leadership “out there” in a title, another's acknowledgement or external validation—we will never truly find it. The truth is, everything we need to lead and create the results we want resides inside of us.
Our true leadership task is to seek and find the blocks we've placed against our innate leadership intelligence, and remove the blocks.
